How China is building a virtual city that will eventually rule the world

In the near future, China will be able to construct an artificial city on the planet.

It’s not going to be the Big Brother of the world.

The first thing that comes to mind is what the Chinese government calls the “Big Brother City”.

But in the year 2030, the government is going to start building the world’s largest artificial city.

Its going to look a lot like the giant city in the film Avatar, but with a very different purpose.

Its called the Virtual City of Guangzhou.

Its part of a larger plan by the Chinese to develop a virtual economy.

The goal is to create a world where you can travel anywhere, anytime, without having to buy a ticket, pay a few dollars, or go to the airport.

So it will be a very powerful tool in the 21st century.

And it’s not only going to allow you to buy your ticket online and rent a space, but to use virtual currency to pay for your trip.

It will also allow you the ability to pay and pay in many different ways, including using a mobile phone.

It may even allow you for the first time in history to pay online using bitcoin.

In other words, China is going from an idea to a reality, but the government says its not really about creating a city.

Rather, its about building a world of virtual economies that will compete with the global economy.

This is not a utopian vision, said a Chinese state-owned publication, Global Times, in a report published on February 25.

Its about creating the world of a virtual world.

And so this is not some utopian utopia, but a realistic possibility.

The virtual city is going into the heart of China’s future infrastructure.

Its in a suburb of Guangdong, about 300 kilometers (186 miles) south of Beijing.

Its named after a fictional character, Zhang Xiaoling, who was killed by the government in 1979.

Zhang was a member of a group of writers who wrote a series of novels that were banned and subsequently banned again in 2001 for insulting the Chinese Communist Party.

The Chinese government was looking for a way to prevent the writers from continuing their work.

The government decided to ban the novels because they criticized the party, which they believed to be corrupt.

And to punish those who dared to criticize the party they were able to place the writers under house arrest.

And the writers were tortured and threatened.

One of the writers was given a metal rod.

The rod was attached to his body with an iron nail and then he was driven into a wall.

The authorities had to make sure the writers never left their home.

It was the writers’ dream to write about the Communist Party, and so they wanted to have a virtual house.

The developers of the virtual city plan to build the virtual world by 2020.

So what happens when the virtual economy goes live?

A new economy is going live, in other words.

The city is still just a fictional place.

The real cities are already living.

They’re built.

They’ve had their public services.

They have their electricity, their water.

But they are still just virtual places.

So this is going back to the dream of building a real city, said Zhang Xiaoling.

And as soon as you are in the virtual environment, you will be living.

Its the same concept that has been used in many other countries around the world, such as Hong Kong, Singapore, and New York.

So the city that you’re in will be completely different than the city you’re living in, but its not going away.

Its just going to move closer to the world you are living in.

So its going to have its own rules, and its going.

It is going with a new economy, a virtual one, that is completely controlled by the state.

The system that the city is built on is called the virtual property market.

Its like a virtual taxi service that you buy tickets online and then get to your destination, in this case the Virtual Capital.

It could be in Singapore, or it could be Hong Kong.

The Virtual Capital will provide you with access to many different kinds of services.

It can provide you a hotel room, for example.

It allows you to rent a room at the hotel.

You can rent a car.

You could rent a taxi.

And these services can be used to earn virtual currency, the local currency.

You may use this currency to buy real goods and services, like air tickets.

You use this to buy digital goods like virtual cameras.

It makes sense.

But there are some things that you may not want to do, said an official with the Virtual Property Capital.

You will not be able go to China to buy the virtual goods and the services that you want to buy.

There are some virtual currencies that are going to need to be backed by real money.

The currency may need to have an intrinsic value that you can measure and compare with the currency you are holding. You
